1) What file formats are accepted for uploading design specifications?
Koonze Model currently accepts the following specific file formats:
STEP, STP, SLDPRT, IPT, PRT, SAT, IGES, IGS, CATPART, X-T, OBJ, STL, as well as common formats like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and image files.
2) Is there a maximum file size limit for uploads?
Yes, the maximum file size is 15MB. If your file is larger, it’s recommended to contact them directly to ensure successful upload.
3) How is the confidentiality of uploaded design files ensured?
Koonze Model treats all uploaded design files with strict confidentiality. Files are only accessed by authorized engineering staff for quotation and production purposes. If needed, they are also willing to sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) to further protect your intellectual property.
4) What information is required to generate an accurate quotation?
To obtain an accurate quotation, it's generally necessary to provide:

5) How long does it typically take to receive a quotation after file submission?
